Returns & Shipping
- Returns are accepted for ONLINE STORE CREDIT ONLY.
- All returns must be sent to: 1570 E Battlefield Rd, Suite D Springfield, MO 65804 within 30 days of the date the package was received.
- All sale items are FINAL SALE and CANNOT be returned. Any sale items returned will NOT be processed. If you wish to have the item(s) returned to you there will be a $10 return fee.
- All jewelry and accessories are FINAL SALE and CANNOT be returned.
- All items purchased with coupon codes exceeding 20% off are considered FINAL SALE and are ineligible for return. Returns will not be processed for online or in-store credit.
- All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in original conditions with the tags attached. If the items have makeup, deodorant, or other stains/odors you will not be given credit and the items will be sent back for a $10 return fee. Please include a copy of your original invoice in the shipment.
- Shoes must be returned in their original box and placed inside an additional protective shipping box. Damage to the shoe box will result in the shoes being ineligible for return.
- Online returns WILL NOT be accepted/processed in store.
Free shipping is offered on all orders over $100, otherwise there is a flat rate charge of $10. All orders will be processed within 5-7 business days, and shipped through UPS Ground Service. All packages have a 3-6 business day estimated arrival time. However, these orders do NOT have a guaranteed delivery date. Shipping may exceed 6 days as UPS does not deliver on Sundays or holidays. A tracking number will be sent to the email you provided at checkout.
